Nicolas Gouny, a Breza forest elf with a magical brush

This year we have added another name – Nicolas Gouny – to our large group of artist associated with the „World“. Nicholas' illustrations simply leaves you breathless. He is one of those artists that can really show the true meaning of the manifestation through his work. At the start of his career, Nicolas drew for fun – for his wife's birthdays, for postcards and greeting cards etc. Since he became a father he discovered the unlimited possibilities of creating illustrations for children, bringing to life miraculous fairy-tale creatures with his skillful hand. Today he creates his most unusual stories, that take the children on an unforgettable journey into the world of fantasy, in a small french village surrounded with cows, giraffes and trees where he lives with his queen, two princesses, a prince and a nutty cat.
